Payment Options
International Crystal accepts American Express, VISA, and MasterCard. Paypal is our
online credit card portal. We were required to make many security enhancements before
Paypal approved us. We can also take your card details over the phone or fax (806-791-1502).
Never send this information in an email! Checks do not apply untill they clear
the banking system. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are always welcome and apply
after deposit.
We accept returns without question in the first 21 days. Tthere is no need to call for prior authorization. You must return the item in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on special orders. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be in a box (or padded mailer for one or two small items) and be crefully packaged. You can use the box we sent you for returns. If you want to return something after 21 days, please contact us with an explanation. We are very forgiving and lenient and will treat you as we like to be treated.
International Crystal is not responsible for postage on returned items. When we mail an exchange or replacement the same free shipping terms we offer on any order is valid. If your return is damaged in shipping to us we reseve the right to not refund your money. You can insure the return and be covered, but otherwise you are at the mercy of USPS. As a general rule, packages almost always arrive in good condition but accidents happen.
International Orders
Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of International Crystal. All packages shipped from International Crystal will include a declaration indicating the contents as “polished crystal specimans w/holders”, with full value for the order listed. A packaged returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in International Crystal being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees. Subsequent orders will not be accepted until we are reimbursed. We do not alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience. Small orders can usually go via USPS, though they sometimes will not take jewelry. Larger orders are shipped via UPS.
